The Big Hearts Song & Story Party is a high-energy, fully interactive experience led by professionally trained artists and performers who know how to truly engage children. Each party is a joyful, immersive experience that your child and their friends will talk about long after the party ends.

Wild West Adventure Party!

Our Party Entertainment Policies
What do the performers require?
Our entertainers simply need a clear, open space where children can comfortably sit together on the floor—ideally in a circle. A typical family room works perfectly; we recommend moving any furniture (such as a coffee table) out of the way to allow room for activities.
The experience includes a mix of movement and quieter moments, such as dancing, games, and story-based activities, so a safe, uncluttered area is important. Access to a standard electrical outlet nearby is also required.
To help keep everyone focused and fully engaged, we ask that food and drinks be enjoyed before or after the entertainment rather than during the performance. Our performers will require a smoke-free environment and we ask that pets are kept out of the room. Our entertainers must perform indoors as extreme heat or cold can impact their abilities and damage costumes and equipment.
Where can I host my party?
You’re welcome to celebrate wherever works best for you! Our entertainers can come to your home, a community centre, or another suitable indoor venue.
All bookings take place indoors, and the performance environment must be smoke-free to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone. For the safety of both our performers and your guests, we also ask that pets be kept out of the party area during the entertainment.
What days and times are you available?
Our entertainers are primarily available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but limited weekday evening bookings can be offered upon request, particularly through the summer months.
We are booking events starting in May 2026. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.
Guest Count & Timing
Our party experiences are designed to work best with groups of up to 20 children. If you’re expecting a larger group, we’re happy to adjust the activities so everyone can participate. There’s no additional charge but we do need advance notice.
To ensure a smooth experience for all bookings, parties begin and end at the scheduled time. If any guests arrive late, they are welcome to join in upon arrival, and the entertainment will continue and end as planned.
Parking
If possible, please reserve a parking spot in your driveway or as close to your entrance as possible for the performers. Our entertainers often arrive with props and equipment, so easy access helps ensure a smooth and timely setup.
Performer Boundaries
Our performers are there to lead activities and create a fun, engaging experience for your child and their guests. However, they are not responsible for supervising children’s behaviour or providing personal care.
Performers are not permitted to assist with tasks such as bathroom needs, feeding, or discipline. We kindly ask that a responsible adult remains present and actively supervising children at all times during the party. Our Big Hearts entertainers arrive as a pair, perform as a pair, and are required to stay together at all times. They cannot be separated to perform individually in different rooms.
Photography & Video
Guests are welcome to take photos and short video clips during the party. Our performers are happy to pose for both individual and group photos, including special birthday moments.
You’re welcome to share your photos and videos on social media, and we love being tagged!
We kindly ask that any photos or videos taken are for personal use only.
Payments & Cancellations
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, and E-transfer. Payment details will be reviewed with you at the time of booking, and a confirmation email can be provided upon request.
A $50 deposit is required to secure your date and time. This deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to your scheduled party. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
We’re always happy to accommodate rescheduling whenever possible, based on availability.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to change your party date, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on performer availability.
Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of your original booking are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.
All bookings become firm 30 days prior to the scheduled date, as performer schedules are finalized at that time. For this reason, we recommend sending out party invitations once your date falls within the 30-day window.
Disclaimer
In the event of severe weather, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule your party to a mutually agreed-upon date.
In the rare situation where a performer is unable to attend your event on the scheduled day, we will offer a full refund of your deposit and provide a complimentary party experience at a future date that works for you.
Liability
The host is fully responsible for the supervision, safety, and behaviour of all guests attending the event. By booking, the host agrees to hold our company, its performers, and representatives harmless from any property damage, accidents, or injuries resulting from the actions of guests or attendees.
Our entertainers are present to lead activities and provide an engaging experience, but they are not responsible for supervising children’s behaviour or enforcing discipline.
We are also not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
