Our Teen Performance Company is composed of actors and technicians who have completed an audition and been cast in our current production.
Rehearsals will be held:
Tuesdays 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m
Thursdays 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m
Not all members will be required at all rehearsals. A production schedule will be given upon completion of casting. Actors must attend all studio rehearsals and dress/tech rehearsals as per the production schedule. Weekly rehearsals will take place at our studio, Unit 11, 310 Limeridge Road West, Hamilton.
Performances for the public will be held at the Staircase Theatre

JUNIOR PERFORMANCE COMPANY
Our JUNIOR PERFORMANCE COMPANY is composed of actors and technicians who have completed an audition and been cast in our current production.

Our Training Company is composed of theatre artists, ages 14 and older who are keen to hone their craft through weekly lessons in performance technique, movement, and scene work.

8:45 - 9:30 pm Scene Studies and Script Work

Students in the Training Company are serious about their pursuit of the performing arts. They take creative risks and develop their technique through weekly lessons. At BIG HEARTS little theatre, we encourage actors to train in as diverse a skill set as possible! Lessons are varied and include elements of Broadway styles, Tap, Scene Studies, Acting, Clown, Theatrical Genres, Script Writing and Analysis. Placements in the Training Company are limited.
Interested students should inquire early and must complete an interview process for acceptance into the program.

ADULT ACTING CLASS
Sundays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Whether you’re rediscovering a passion for performance or stepping on stage for the first time, this Adult Acting Class offers a welcoming space to explore the craft of acting. Through engaging exercises, scene work, and character development, participants will build confidence, improve communication, and connect with others through creative expression.
No experience necessary—just curiosity, courage, and a willingness to play.
$300.00 + hst per session

ADDITIONAL VOLUNTEER HOURS OPPORTUNITIES
Volunteer opportunities are available with BIG HEARTS little theatre. These may include ushering for BIG HEARTS little theatre performances, creating props, set and costumes, advertising, promotions, and community events, and summer camp counselling.
